Business TSMC, UMC have good September

TSMC had September revenues of $1.88 billion up 0.5 % over August and up 27.6% over September 2013

YTD sales are $15.4 billion up 20% on the same period last year.

UMC had September revenues of $340 million
which are up 15% on September 2012. UMC YTD sales were $3.1 billion, up 8.2% on last year Jan-Sept sales.

TSMC’s July revenue was $1.74 billion up 7
.3% on July 2012 but down from the $1.77 billion of June 2013.

TSMC had sales of $1.73 billion in May – a slight rise on April’s $1.7 billion and 17% up on May 2012.

UMC had July 2013 revenues of $386 million, 11.6% up on July 2012.

UMC had June 2013 sales of $368 million which were 0.94% down on May but 11% up on June 2012.

UMC had May sales of  $361 million – up 5% on April’s $336 million.
