正是因为两种方式的费率有如此大的差距,所以有些卖家就钻亚马逊的空子,把一些本应该采用创建多渠道配送的订单,采用创建移除订单的方式发货,以此来节省费用。甚至还有卖家采用把货物备货至FBA仓库,然后在其他平台销售,如果卖出了,就采用创建移除订单的方式给客户发货,成本又低,时效还不错。
但亚马逊毕竟也不是吃素的,亚马逊的防作弊系统如果发现某个卖家有大批量的订单采用创建移除订单的方式发往不同的地址,亚马逊甚至会直接取消这些订单的发货,还会像上文中的邮件一样,警告卖家,要求卖家写出整改计划,否则甚至会移除卖家的销售权限。
从这个层面上来说,投机是不可持久的,而为了确保账号的安全,卖家也不应该滥用亚马逊的创建移除订单的这个操作。

创建多渠道配送订单:
时效快(亚马逊系统接到多渠道配送的订单,会和正常的订单一样处理,3-7天左右,派送到客户手上);

每次发货相对会根据订单数量一次配送完整数量(偶尔也可能因为仓库存量的问题而不完全配齐);
适用于卖家期望货物能够快速到达目的地的订单,包括为消费者补货、为B2B客户寄样,为其他订单的客户配送等情况。
创建移除订单:
时效慢(按照亚马逊平台的说明,一般来说,移除订单需要10-30天的配送时间,如果FBA仓库比较忙,这个时效有可能更长;
费用低(低至0.3美金,甚至可能因为促销而直接免费移除);
无论卖家申请的移除数量多少,FBA仓都可能会根据不同仓的库存数量,对产品进行分批派送;
适用于卖家想将一些被下架Listing的库存、不可售库存等移除出FBA仓时来操作。
